Hi Helen and Beatie,
I would love to be able to meet you and others but Charlie and I live in Australia. There is no Lagotto Club here, the breed has only been here 6 or 7 years and is not very well known at all.I found this site when I started having trouble with Charlie and could not find any real help here, you may remember the post "Troubled Lagotto in Oz", that's us ,I hope you don't mind me using this wonderful site,I can't tell you how much your input helped me to find someone who put me on the best path to work with Charlie,he really trusts us now but is still stand offish with strangers but that's not so bad and we are both still learning.
Stay well and thank you for being so caring
Cheers Marianne and Charlie,

Dear Marienne and Charlie,
Whoops, that would be a long journey to UK Lagotto events now I have put the 30c with your location - duh... we are only slightly envious, of your sunshine.
Please keep us up to date with Charlie and his activities, are you planning on any activities with him in the future? showing, flyball, agility etc?
I think the webmaster is hoping to put more pictures of the Lagottos on the site as he develops it, so it will be lovely to see some of Charlie as he grows.
I would bre interested if anyone reading this has any ideas of what age Lagottos. reach maturity?

Hi Helen and Beatie,
Yes I'm really looking forward to doing some activies with Charlie, though I have to wait till we have his undecended testie removed, that happens next week, not looking forward to putting him through that. Then it will be all go to find which ones he enjoys and I'm hanging out for the photo page it will be lovely to see all the boys and girls.
I've just got a feeling that 2 might be the age he will mature at but it's a guess, I'd like to here from others on that question myself, cheers Marianne and Charlie

My Lagotto does this every time we go to the sea. He simply loves to swim, so it appears to me, and will spend over 30 minutes searching and fetching anything we throw in.

However: I must mention, that sometimes he simply just wants to swim, and once to our horror, he started to swim out away from the beach for some time. But came back after a few stressful minutes.
