you must have gotten a terrible fright and trying to keep her quiet for 5 days,you deserve a medal .I'm glad to hear she has recovered well and it will be interesting to see how she reacts to that spot next time you take her out.

As well as the two pups we have a greyhound who is always getting into scrapes like that. He has very thin skin and we have spent a lot of time at the vets and he is used to having his legs bandaged!

I am hoping this is a one off Lottie is desperate to go out for a long walk again . I will see what the vet says later I dont think my sanity or hers can cope with not going out for much longer

Yes I was really quiet scared when i saw her limping back to me whimpering.She was so good though let me feel her legs and stroke her to calm and reasure. Luckly there were other dog walkers around who reasured me and gave advise. Hows the training with Charlie going.?

Which part of Italy will you be visiting? We live in Turin and have Australian friends who live here who are originallly from Sydney.
